The screw-in resistance thermometer in a compact design consists of a thermowell with built-in temperature sensor, a process connection and a housing for the transmitter electronics. The programmable two-wire transmitter offers a robust solution for the precise recording of temperatures in a temperature measuring range of -50 to + 150°C, with a neck tube up to 260°C and is therefore versatile in use. The device has a USB interface that enables simple configuration via a setup programme. With the help of this programme, parameters such as measuring range, fine adjustment and measuring circuit monitoring can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different applications.
The output signal 4 to 20 mA or reversed 20 to 4 mA is available linearised (temperature linear). The device is intended for industrial use and complies with European standards to ensure electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
