Your tasks

As a member of our innovative team, you will advise and support our customers, particularly in the product area of disinfection technologies (ozone and UV technology) as well as water measurement technology and water treatment technology. In this context, you will be actively involved in the processing of customer-specific projects as well as research & development work.

Your field of activity includes

• Sound technical advice and customer support in Europe
• Responsibility for sales planning in the sales regions and key accounts based on the annual forecast
• Development of sales concepts and sales-promoting measures in cooperation with the marketing department
• Planning and execution of product and project presentations at customer sites, at the Hildesheim location and digitally (video conferences)
• Processing of customer inquiries, selection and specification of products from our portfolio for the preparation of offers (cooperation with purchasing and internal sales)
• Acquisition of new customers, innovative applications and application-specific projects in close coordination with the Solution Building department
• Technical support of our internal sales and service department

Sie bringen mit

• Successfully completed training or degree in the field of environmental and process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemistry or comparable field of study
• Professional experience in sales of technical and explanation-intensive equipment and systems for the industry, ideally in the field of water treatment
• knowledge of process engineering and process chemistry
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills in German as well as English (business fluent)
• High sense of responsibility and sustainable customer orientation
• Ability to work in a team
• Willingness to travel (customer visits, trade fair visits and appearances, etc.)
