We are looking for YOU as

Process consultant and project manager (f/m/d) in the clinical environment

Your tasks

As a member of our clinical project team, you will be responsible for managing existing customers, acquiring new customers and playing an active role in activities to support our market presence (e.g. trade fair appearances, speaking engagements and contributing to publications). Our customers and target markets in the outpatient and inpatient clinical sector are currently primarily located in the DACH region. You will support us in further developing our existing markets and expanding our activities in new target markets.

Your field of activity includes:

• Existing customer care
• Process consulting and support
• Process analysis along the entire sterile supply chain: from incoming water to the operating room
• Identification and acquisition of potential new customers
• Systematic development and expansion of customer relationships (from pre- to after-sales)
• Establishing market partnerships, actively seeking out trade partners
• Creating project reports and project documentation
• Evaluating the results of the analysis
• Creating PowerPoint presentations for the presentation of results
• Acting as a consultant for topic-specific training
• Support in creating and following up on offers
• Collaboration with the Solution Building department on project-related technical planning in the field of water treatment

You bring with you

• Strong communication skills
• Fluent German
• Completed vocational training or studies in the field of healthcare (commercial or technical); training as a sterilization/AEMP specialist or hygiene specialist or professional experience as an AEMP manager, auditor or in the field of materials management or similar.
• Desirable: Knowledge in the field of reprocessing medical devices in a RUMED and/or their requirements with regard to marketing.
• Technical understanding is an advantage.
