For example, we offer the online analysis device Testomat® EVO TH CAL (Art. No. 100712) for monitoring water hardness by titration. To determine the pH value, we recommend the high-quality LAQUAtwin pH-11 from Horiba, a mobile measuring device in pocket tester format (Art. No. 895650).

Another important product is the emec LOTUS MINI 8 & MINI 20 chlorine dioxide generator (Art. No. 896620 & 896600). The LOTUS MINI system is a device for producing, dosing and monitoring chlorine dioxide for disinfecting water and is available as a system with a capacity of 8 g/h (192 g/day) and as a system for up to 20 g/h (480 g/day). Chlorine dioxide is produced by the acid-chlorite process from diluted hydrochloric acid (HCl 9%) and sodium chlorite (NaClO2 7.5%). This device offers precise and reliable analysis and is ideal for daily quality control.

Testomat® EVO TH CAL

The Testomat® EVO TH CAL with additional calibration function determines the water hardness fully automatically by titration. The device is suitable for monitoring the water quality of water treatment and drinking water systems, industrial boilers and for monitoring process water.

Industrial kit for determining water hardness in all hardness ranges by complexometric titration with a liquid titrant and a dosing pipette precisely calibrated in hardness units.

Particularly suitable for equipping water treatment plants. The contents of the set are: measuring tube, liquid indicator, calibrated dosing pipette 0–30 °dH and 30 ml titration solution.

High-quality conductivity meter with a 4–20mA signal output for forwarding the measured value, for example to a higher-level controller. The measurement is temperature-compensated and therefore provides you with an accurate measurement result. Here too, we have the option of offering you a customized version in terms of the connection, the LEDs, the measuring range and even a private label.

The acrylic glass cover used ensures that the light from the LEDs is widely dispersed, and the current LED status can be recognized from a distance in darker rooms. Quality made in Germany.

emec LOTUS MINI – chlorine dioxide generator

The LOTUS MINI system is a device for producing, dosing and monitoring chlorine dioxide for disinfecting water. It is available as a system with a capacity of 8 g/h (192 g/day) and as a system for up to 20 g/h (480 g/day). Chlorine dioxide is produced by the acid-chlorite process from diluted hydrochloric acid (HCl 9%) and sodium chlorite (NaClO2 7.5%).

The chlorine dioxide production by LOTUS MINI can be controlled according to the flow of the water or according to a predefined setpoint.

No chlorine dioxide is stored or stored; thus, outside the process application, neither chlorine dioxide gas nor concentrated solutions are produced.

LOTUS MINI is designed so that the chlorine dioxide is generated in a special reaction chamber. Safety is ensured by multifunctional valves at the injection points into the reaction chamber. The starting chemicals are stored in tanks and fed into the reaction chamber via suction lances. Integrated level sensors automatically stop the pumps when the tanks are empty.

 

The Lotus Mini system is equipped with the following components:

NeoTecMaster®

NeoTecMaster®-5 inch in IP 66 housing as a 4-channel system, preconfigured to accept up to 8 incoming 4–20 mA signals, one R232 signal and one Modbus signal, optionally expandable to 8 channels.

Our 4- or 8-channel system allows you to process up to four or eight measurement signals. For this purpose, 4–20 mA/RS232 and Modbus RTU are available as signal inputs. The received data is visualized and displayed as a trend.

The modular addition of optional modules (slaves) makes it possible to implement common control concepts.
